How do I publish bonus episodes?

If you are on the Pro or Plus plan, you can launch a paid subscription for your podcast and offer bonus episodes and other benefits to paid subscribers.

How do bonus episodes work?

Bonus episodes are subscriber-only episodes published to your main feed.

A preview is available in all podcast apps, while subscribers can listen in full on Fountain. Listeners without a subscription can also unlock the full episode by purchasing it.

Set up your subscription

Go to Settings > Subscription, enable subscriptions, and complete the required fields:

• Subscription title
• Offer message
• Monthly subscription price
• Subscriber benefits
• Thank you message

When you save your changes, the subscription will be available on your show page.

Publish a bonus episode

To publish a bonus episode:

• Under Episode type, choose Bonus episode
• Upload the subscriber-only audio or video
• Upload preview audio or video for non-subscribers
• Set your Purchase price for non-subscribers
