Fountain 1.0.3 collects high-priority fixes, from the autoplay queue through to withdrawals.

Here are the bug fixes and improvements that are included in the 1.0.3 update:
Fixed auto download on play next
Fixed Android play next in queue
Fixed auto play next when screen locked
Fixed occasional error on playback speed change
Fixed occasional pause on seek
Fixed occasional deposit / withdraw error
Improved player performance
