This week I am pleased to welcome Alex Jamieson. She is one of the co-stars behind the classic documentary “Super Size Me!” and if you haven’t seen it yet, well let’s just say you are WAY behind the times!

In celebration of the documentary’s 10 year anniversary, Alex is also hosting a HUGE conference with the good folks at en*theos this week. There are some seriously awesome speakers during this event, so I definitely recommend you take a look.

In the world of Fat-Burning Man, we’ve had an exciting past week with the launch of our newest app in partnership with YoungAndRaw.com. “14 Day Juice Challenge” shot right up the charts, and hit #1 in Food & Drink in iTunes!

If you have the chance, we would so appreciate you taking the moment to give a quick review of the app in iTunes! This is an app we are so proud of, both in design and making it super easy to get your daily veggies, that we want as many people to find out about it as possible. As always, we cannot thank you enough for your amazing support!

Alright, on to the show with Alex where we talk about:

  • How the food world has changed since “Super Size Me!”

  • The surprising result of 10+ years as a strict vegan.

  • What you need to know about the human microbiome.

  • How not to be a freak about food.

  • And much more...

Nutrition and health will always be a moving target, you have to stay open to the possibilities to what may be true for you. Click to Tweet!
