Typing this comment while having bacon and eggs for first meal of the day, like every other day for the past few months - and I've never felt better. Since cutting seed oils, increasing red meat, eggs and animal fat, I've experienced severe loss of brain fog, increased energy, initiative and libido. Great pod, folks!

Keep getting the word out on fiat food! You will save lives. I went carnivore last month and have lost 15 lbs. I have never heard that frucose turns of the the signals that you are full but I have had no understanding of what satieted is untill I went Carnivore. I had a huge set back after letting myself cheat for a superbowl party and I was so hungry eating everything for a few days. To get back to carnivore I had to eat 3xs as much meat for 3 days!

My starting weight was 413. I have averaged gaining 10 pds a year for my whole life and always packed back on anything I lost. if I added up everything I've ever lost, It would probably come close to what I weigh. I am no longer dieting or taking the government's advice on food. I am changing my relationship with food.

Awesome show! Insane how corrupt our food is. However, when I tried pure carnivore I lost weight but I started to cramp more and my heart would flutter at times. I started to reintroduce carbs like fruit and honey and this all went away. Paul Saladino from fundamental health does a great episode on sugar and goes through research showing these fake sugar, like splenda, are causing all sorts of issues. Meat is still a huge part of my diet but with the addition of carbs I feel great!
